Coumba Eugénie F. WADE Customer Satisfaction Pole Manager Engaged in an orientation ""customer centric"", Sablux, through the Customer Satisfaction division, aims to position the customer at the heart of its organization.
My missions are focused on the collection, analysis and interpretation of customer feedback in order to find appropriate solutions in coordination with the departments involved.
Success in this position requires listening, empathy, promptness and a strong sense of feedback.

Mamadou DIAITE Quality, Health and Safety Manager & Environment My name is Mamadou DIAITE, Quality, Health and Safety Manager & Environment (QSE) within Sablux construction. For a healthy environment, the quality of our achievements and especially the safety on our sites is our responsibility.
A major player in the promotion of the QSE vision of top management, I am the reference interlocutor at the level of stakeholders both internal (employees, representative bodies) and external (local residents, subcontractors, state institutions, regulatory bodies ...).
To realize our vision and achieve our goals, I plan, deploy, animate, evaluate and continuously improve the QSE Integrated Management System while being in symbiosis with all stakeholders.
