Missions:
 
1. Study the needs of customers :
• Understand the evolving needs of customers to develop appropriate strategies and boost sales ;
• solicit potential customers to present products according to their expectations in order to obtain the signing of sales contracts ;
• develop the turnover according to the defined objectives
 
2. Follow customer satisfaction
• Provide regular and personalized customer follow-up, responsiveness and availability to customers to maintain a relationship of trust and customer loyalty.
• Implement actions to satisfy customers and improve quality of service
 
3. Showcase the sales area
• Master the different products offered
• Highlight the characteristics of each product
• Arrange the products according to their value ???
 
Knowledge of our construction materials business  is appreciated
 
Training
 
• Training Bac +2 +3 (trade or building),
• Experience gained from 3 to 5 years in the same position (construction sector highly appreciated)
• Knowledge of building materials.
